Very easy interview process. Discusses the mood board that you submitted when you filled out the application and why you selected what you did. They are always hiring new people.

1. What lead you to the design you have on the mood board?
2. Are you good making your own schedule?
3. What would you say to the client if they didn't like what you designed for them?
Saw a job listing, followed instructions. Youre Made to take a test and then do a design Challenge. This took over 4hrs to complete and in the end, heard nothing back. Emailed the hr email to kindly follow up and still got no response.
I was assigned a design test after applying which is a fake case to test your design skills and thought process when designing. I had to create a mood board and product list for the client. I then had a zoom interview with HR and the Design team which went well. Two days later, I received an offer for the position. The whole process start to finish took about two weeks.
