Cognos interview questions

Interview process was pretty fair but rather lengthy. Phone screening led to HR interview and then second set of phone screening. After that it took a while, and then face to face interviews were scheduled onsite. That took about another few days. That interview was across management and technical team. There were couple 1-1 interviews and some group panel interviews. It was interesting interview as there were some scenarios laid out for me to do some hands-on work to prove my knowledge, skills, and background. Overall very good experience.
