phone interview about working with kids and have questing and answer about if you have worked with kids before. Along the lines of if you have done coding with minecraft.

Group interview with basic questions about your life etc
You get some questions about Java- pretty basic
You watch a video from their curriculum and then you write the code to solve the problem.
I thought the technical interview was pretty basic but some applicants had trouble.
