First, a phone screen with talent acquisition. Next, meet with the hiring manager and a team member. Then, spend about 3-4 hours on a test they send to you. Finally, meet with the director. While I was promised to hear back very quickly, the person in talent acquisitor and/or the hiring team was unbelievably slow and completely inconsiderate of my time. When I would ask for an update after a week of not hearing back, talent acquisition would reply with how they have a "line in" and would constantly promise to report back before end of day. Only for me to hear nothing. Rinse, repeat. Just have a semblance of courage and decency and let people know. Otherwise, it reflects very poorly on your business.
