Filled out an application, had an initial 30 minute phone call, had an hour long zoom call with someone else, then met with regional manager in person that took about 2 hours. After 3 interviews, I expected to receive an offer. However, I shoot weddings on the weekends, and they had an issue with that, even though the job was Full Time Mon-Fri. I was expected to stop shooting on weekends entirely, which makes no sense...what I do on the weekends has no bearing on the company.
