Overall the communication was pretty great. The team was very responsive and timely. I first interviewed with the Human Resources Director over a phone call. From there I was asked to do 4 back to back interviews in person at their office with various department leads including the owner of the company. The Human Resources Director was then on a virtual call to wrap up the process. I felt very comfortable. The team was great. Bummer I was not extended an offer, but the overall experience was pleasant.
the interview process was led by quality people following a thorough process. They valued my input and questions. End of day, the company wasn't for me. I would say the process was fair to both parties
Really shady and shiesty company. Went through four rounds of interviews and they made me give a presentation.
Even had a live demo of the ci/cd project they had me run them through. All interviewers came 10 minutes until the end of my presentation. Basically they just interrupted me thr entire time and had no clue how to conduct a interview professionally.
Being recruited was the worst part about the whole experience. After jumping through their interview hoops of fire and wasting my time during the entire process , they decided they would waste my time some more.
First saying that they want you to jump through these hoops then arent giving out offers until 2022 is shady. Why would you even have me interview with you if you werent expecting to give out an offer to someone? Or was that just another lie, CloudBakers. Super trash company. I hope they get what is coming to them. Avoid this company in every way shape or form. Do not even entertain working for this company because they lie to you just to waste your time so they can play games with you during Christmas time, when you could have spent that time with your family around the tree.
