Interview
Like many others, I received an invitation to complete a case study almost immediately after applying to this company. Without reading any reviews on Glassdoor or Reddit, I eagerly got to work. I dedicated 16 hours to perfecting the case study, meticulously double-checking my work, enhancing the documentation, and refining my writing. I submitted it with a high level of confidence. However, two business days later, I received an automated rejection email with no feedback on my submission. This experience left me feeling that the company might be exploiting job seekers by having them complete extensive work for free. I would advise caution and recommend applying only if you’re comfortable with working for free and not getting any feedback so that you can improve.
Clipboard Hiring Team - If you're not willing to provide feedback after candidates dedicate significant time and resources to complete a case study, you probably shouldn't be sending these out to candidates. "Providing feedback is too time intensive" is not a valid excuse when candidates spend hours completing these assignments. Do better, and stop exploiting job seekers.

What is the LTV of a rider at X price where X is the recommended price you chose from the case study.
I was given a long-winded case study to analyze and then asked to create a written document showing my thinking and outlining the steps I took to get there. I was invited to interview after submitting the work (which included hours of work), and the interviewer pushed heavily on non-written case hypotheticals to test my quant skills. It felt like a bait and switch with what I expected for the interview given the materials. If I knew their focus was on solving math problems I would have prepared and approached the opportunity differently.

Automated email to ask you to do a case study on their product - no human interaction and essentially free work prior to even getting an interview. Didn't bother completing.
