Overall, the team lacked clarity and product vision. It sounded like they have the tech but haven't figured out the market. Had good initial conversations over the phone followed by a 4hr long interview with the hiring team. NO followup or feedback was provided. IMHO if you invite a candidate for an onsite interview and spend ½ day with them, someone from the org. should at least have the decency to close the loop even if its not a mutual fit. Hiring process was poorly handled and this tell you a lot about the company culture.
