There were many steps to the process in order to ensure that candidates were the right fit. It included your standard application (resume & cover letter) with a writing sample required. Once you turned in your app, you were given some days to complete a video interview with 5 or so questions. Afterwards, if you were fortunate enough you invited for a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards, if advanced to the next round you were asked to complete a performance task.
