SLOW! Took forever to hear back from recruitment and the interview itself was long and dull. Outdated tech and systems. The buildings are also old and gross. HR is inept at the city.

The interview was conducted over webex. They provide the questions 15 minutes before the interview. The interview lasts 60 minutes. There was 6 minutes. Interview was conducted and scored by two managers.

In person interview. The members were so nice and made you feel welcomed. Gave you time to collect your thoughts and answer each question, which made me do really well as someone who gets really nervous for interviews
- If a parent is questioned why we need to take the preschoolers outside for 2 hours a day, how would you respond and what are the reasonings you would give?

After I passed written i got email for oral interview. There was panel of members in the board. each member asked one question. I got 10 minutes time to answer each question.

Tough questions but worked out. A lot of teamwork questions and questions regarding customer service. Hard questions and scenario based on your experience at work and needed a lot of work experience before.

it was an hour long. I had to answer 5 questions. i was given enough time to answer all 5. it took some time to hear back after the interview.

Applied in June, Did 3 interviews. 2 in August, 1 in October. The Final interview was conducted as a panel interview by two individuals, one of whom was visibly on her phone the whole time and mistook my name 4 different times with 4 different names in the first 15 min's of the interview!!! Was Notified CoT will hire internally. Might have helped if they got my name right! its only 3 letters!!!
- Technical related, Code and Bylaw related, Situational, general software knowledge. Maybe next time, they should start by asking your Name to avoid hysteria!

Didn't get the offer but it was a pretty good experience overall. Said I just didn't hit all the markers but not sure what, would be nice to hear more to improve or if it is just a list you tick or not.

There were two hiring managers. Both took turns asking routine behavioural questions. Just have some answers prepared because they take a lot of notes and grade you. It's not bad at all.
