Tell me about yourself and how it benefits the job.
Nice, and qualified interviewers. Panel. Zoom/Teams. Many verbal questions related to handling life-saving and guarding duties around bodies of water. Requested to understand more about previous advanced swimming experience and any prior lifeguarding or swim meet officiating. I felt the questions were all relevant, appropriate and challenging. The panel interviewers traded off asking questions.
