Getting my foot in the door was terrible having to deal with an unreliable staffing agent for greater than three weeks, however the interview went very well.
I felt comfortable and listened to.
Note to all employers who are choosing an interviewer to find the appropriate candidate to fill your vacant position, do as Citi did; choose an interviewer who knows the job, the answers, and asks real questions to get to the point, someone down to earth and personable.
Please stop using someone in HR who doesn't know the position and have them ask "who is your best friend, how are you similar how are you different?" That question is a waste of breath.
