after submitting application, you will receive email with day and time of 1st interview done by phone, if you pass they will schedule an interview for face to face interview. Once you do that they can either offer on the spot or they may go over a few things on your application and call you to make an offer.

Name a difficult time you had with a a customer and what did you do to defuse the situation?
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
