I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citadel Security and Investigations (Grand Junction, CO) in Aug 2014

Normal interview and background check. They did have several open ended situational questions. The interviewer asked actual situational questions to see how I would handle the problem. The Interviewer was not going to hire just anyone, I needed to be on top of my game.
