Applied via the careers site and received a call within a few days. First interview was with a recruiter, then a conversation with the HM, panel interview with 4 peers, and final round with 3 directors. Long interview process but they want to make sure they have consensus on the final candidate.

Typically a panel of other leaders and the SE Manager for first round where you spend the first 10-15 minutes presenting about yourself and your plan. Then moves to 2-4 individual interviews.

coming from an acquisition everything was straight forward, fast and impersonal.
little discussions about profles, skills etc, just a reallocation to an internal position.
