I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CircleUp in Jan 2022
Interview
Introductory call with Manager followed by 5 panel interviews. The panel interviews were spread over 5 weeks! Very inefficient organization of the interviews. And the scheduling of interviews was done just 1 day prior even after I tried to follow up before a week at least. Other companies that I interviewed with (and got into) do panel interviews in 1 or 2 days. In the end, after I did 5 interviews and a week of silence, I just get a one line email saying that they are not moving forward. I asked for some feedback and no response ever since.
