There was a phone screen with standard interview questions, followed by an invitation to an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted three hours. First, I was interviewed by three people at once and asked to answer questions using the STAR method. Then, I shadowed an employee before being interviewed again by two other managers. I thought it was a complete waste of time since I wasn’t offered the job. If they already knew during the first round of in-person interviews that I wasn’t a fit, they should have just ended the process there.
