I applied online and dropped off a resume in person, got called for an interview about two weeks later. I came in and met the general manager in the lobby where she interviewed me. She asked me about my past job and why I wanted to work there. She then explained the benefits of the job and my availability as well as had me fill out a couple forms. I called and was told I got the job 6 days later.

Sat on a chair in the lobby to be interviewed by a manager. It was during business hours with customers passing by and other workers. There were others waiting on chairs to be interviewed

Interview
Interviewed by two guys who asked pretty basic questions. I don't really know what else to say other than it was average and they were understanding of my nervousness. I was nervous as it was only my third interview and there were two older men interviewing me.
