The interviewer only asked me about my availability and past job experience. It's very down to earth. Just come in with a smile and a positive attitude. Just note that they get a lot of applications, so they may not hire you purely because they don't have enough hours.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
Application
I interviewed at Chipotle (Brooklyn, NY)
Interview
Cancelled a few hours before when I was on my way to the interview. Never once communicated with a human being and was never given any information after I scheduled the interview.
