Recruited on LinkedIn. Interview was about 30-45 mins with a manager. Talked about experience on resume and asked about different experiences with CAD programs. Ended interview with questions I prepared.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chinook Systems (Arlington, VA)
Interview
There was a phone interview then an in person interview which went well, prior to second in person interview after several attempts they would not give a salary range. Second in person interview was scheduled to meet with the President who was then unavailable and needed to teleconference in to the in person interview.
