Interview
Interview process was straight forward. Interview with hiring manager then panel interview based on behavioral questions. They use the STAR method, similar to interviews at Amazon. A lot of the hiring team is ex-Amazon.
There were seven plus rounds of interviews - with a strong emphasis on their core values and the STAR Method. One of the interviewers (doesn't even intro himself to start) got up in the middle of the interview to receive a package from a mail carrier.

Numerous emails from the recruiter about the Amazon Like process. Met with a few folks who were remote leaders but yet required this role to be in office 3 days per week
