I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chevy's (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
It was a two part process, I had two separate interviews with the hiring manager and his subsidiary. We just talked on both interviews about the company and why I wanted to work there. It was sort of informal but also seemed to be taken seriously. I had gotten a referral from a friend who knew the manager, they agreed to see me after that person talked to both of them.

Question 1
How many years of customer service expereience do I have
Easy. Interview was smooth and simple questions were asked. Overall an easy process to go through at chevys. Only one round of interviewing was conducted and asked to start next week.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chevy's in Mar 2014
Interview
easy, quick, asked minimum amount of questions, did prepare the applicant with correct knowledge for what the job entails. did not elaborate about advancement opportunities and what they look for in order to move forward. management is poor, general manager was in the armed forces and treats the workers like they are puzzle pieces and not genuinely receptive.
