I had 6 interviews, they lost my paperwork twice, and I had to wait over 45 minutes for one of my interviews one time. 6 were unnecessary for a waitress gig.

I was interviewed as soon as I brought in my application and started training that week. The interview was with one of the managers. He addressed common misconceptions employees have when becoming a food server and what to realistically expect.

Went to job fair, filled in application form and then had an on the spot interview. Got called back the next day and was offered a job as a server, starting the next day.
