Multiple interviews. The first interviews consisted of behavioral questions and my background on Salesforce. This was followed by another "technical" interview with the hiring manager. Not really effective as they are new to the platform and didn't really know the questions to ask. What really annoyed me the most was the fact that they had me work on a case study to kind of analyze their CRM implementation. I thought this was free consultancy and despite the fact I went ahead and worked on it. I had to share my screen and present my findings as to how I would setup their CRM. They told me they would reach out and never did. Very unprofessional to ghost the candidate after you have asked them to do that much work during the screening process. Please keep it simple as it is hard to get talent in this market. I got an offer from a much larger firm the following week and wouldn't have accepted their offer anyway.
