You will either have to have two to three phone interviews or they will set up two person to person interviews. The first one is a breeze with basic interview questions straight out of the book. The second interview you will meet with a regional director for the area that will ask you more questions and more about how you can do well with the company. If I were you I would ask many questions and know well what you are getting into well before you say yes to the position. Not a bad place to work for just as long as you know what your getting into.
