Castlight interview questions

The process was easy and smooth until they asked for a presentation. Mind you, during the initial interview, they never brought up a presentation at the start of the first interview. If I had known that a presentation was coming, I would have carried my laptop during my vacation. So I pulled a presentation together, met with a wonderful team, presented my findings, and then it was radio silence. I guess I can safely say it's been a month and I guess I wasn't chosen. It would've been nice to get some form of an email. There is nothing worse than being ghosted, especially after you do a presentation. I did follow up with the recruiter, but my email was ignored. This type of behavior is very disheartening. Sad, I enjoyed the people I interviewed with.
