It was pretty easy and straight to the point. They needed to hire 300 people at 1 time, so they pretty much hired everyone that sounded like they had sense.

There was no interview. Staffing Agency contacted me and asked about my job history and skills. I was asked a few questions or my qualifications Two hours later, I was called back to report to orientation
