Scenario questions from previous employment. Interviewed with senior buyer, and then purchasing department manager. Took about an hour for the whole process on a busy day, 30 minutes with each person. Really relaxed interview depending on their personalities.

3 interviews over all easy. They did ask me a ton of questions rewarding my previous jobs, they were very customer oriented. I had 3 interviews and they did drill you down to make sure you the best fit.

First was the initial phone screening where basic qualifications of the job were reviewed and if they like you then a second in-person interview with a senior manager where more in-depth questions are asked. Prior experience is not necessary for this job.
