Had a first round campus interview with Capital Group - interviewer made me very uncomfortable and asked me very pointed questions about random classes I had taken and specific words in my cover letter. A lot of "tell me about a time when...", "how did that make you feel?", and "how did you handle that?" type questions. Oddly crunchy granola interview for such a successful company.
All interviews were entirely fit based. Started with two phone interviews after applying online. Then had one in person super day with a wide range of associates from various locations. Company clearly values the program.

Interesting interview. They seemed more interested in getting to know you and your passions. That said, they do ask about a time you solved a technical problem and why you're interested in this program.

Very behavioral style questions based on resume. No technical knowledge needed. Like to see how you interact and think of the spot to hard questions that are relevant to the individual, e.g. ethical dilemma. Often assessing how you interact with people on an everyday basis
