Interview
Initial screening call with HR .
Followed by one-to-one interview with a manager.
The last stage interview was a panel interview with a VP (one hour session), including a 15 mins presentation of a case study, with four main questions to be answered.
At the this interview, I was told that the final result was going to be notified very soon: 17 days after, I haven't heard from them. I sent one email asking for an update, without any reply.
All the interviewers were very nice, but I have ended up being "ghosted" (how difficult is to provide the outcome of a selection process by mail?).
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
