Met a recruiter at on-campus recruiting. Very friendly and open - For college students: I suggest you speak about coursework or projects that are specifically relevant to the consulting process (e.g.: management or operations assignments)
Had a phone interview - Standard questions (why Capgemini?, why consulting?, walk me through your resume.) Tip - if you list interests and skills, make sure you can talk about them!
Three In-person interviews on super day. It's a great chance to network with other recruits and employees. I found everyone to be very friendly (recruits and employees).
Overall great experience.
