I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Baharampur) in Sep 2013
Interview
This was a campus hiring process and the process was completed in a single day. The whole process had three phases:
1. Aptitude Test : Conducted by CoCubes.com, the test had 75 questions with 25 each in reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English language abilities to be completed in 60 minutes time. The questions were simple but needs good speed to cover the paper and post a decent number of attempts in the given time. A good standard book can help you get through this stage
2. Group Discussion: My panel had 9 members and we had a topic on a burning national topic. Maintaining a correct body posture, and getting across your points clearly will be key here. Being updated with the news would help
3. Personal Interview: The interview was easy. I was asked about my hobbies, habits, school life, college life, co-curricular activities, grades etc. I was asked some basic definitions to C programming and finally an easy C program.
