I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (College Station, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
This was a on campus recruiting interview, so it took place at our campus career center. Capgemini had several interview rooms going at once. Something that I hadn't seen before, they had a couple of current employees "hanging out" outside the interview that were greeting people and making small talk. I am not sure if this was part of the interview process or not, though I'm sure if they had noticed something they would have passed that information on to the formal interviewer. Pretty much a boiler-plate first interview round.

Question 1
Only question that I hadn't heard before was something along the lines of: "Tell me of a time when you set your goals too high."
First round phone interview, second round in person case interview. Two additional informal interviews along with case. The case was fairly basic, revolving around a general technology solution for a fake company.
Pre-covid. Four hours, several one on one interviews, including case study. Interviewed by Managers, Senior Consultants, Directors. No follow up interviews or calls. Offer given within three days. Recruiters are helpful.
