As a long-time volunteer I did not have to interview, management already knew me from the various positions, like Fundraising Chair with PTA and Speech Forensics Coach, held throughout the school working with current faculty and staff.

Interview
I met with the Athletic Director to be interviewed and to discuss my experience as a coach. At the time I was going to ODU and studying Physical Education. I was offered the position based on my experience teaching while at ODU and from my experience in childcare and as a summer camp counselor.
