Strange interview process, No screening call. I only got the early assessment phase which had 2 parts, written assessment and coding challenge. They give 15-30 days to do each exercise. Got rejected via email after spending quite a lot of time on both process but no explanation or reason of not selecting, so was left confused as I completed technical interview with relative ease.

Atleast 20-30 questions had to be answered in a word document about work history, experience, grades in school, high school and college (which was very weird)

The interview process begins with general questions about your current job, educational background including school and college. It is followed by a technical multiple-choice assessment and concludes with the GIA Thomas IQ test.
One take home written test, which literally asks you what you did in your high school then 3 first level interviews which covers your skills in Linux, Software Development and React/Frontend related questions
