First stage was fairly informal. I didn't get the role, but, to be honest, due to the hours (10 to 6) it would have been difficult to juggle the role and family life.

A short interveiw with two production managers regarding the complexities of the position alongwith a deeper study of the expeirences I had had. This included askibg abiut my methodology in tackling comolex tasks in a timely order.
