Very unprofessional - didn't call at the appointed hour and very unorganized. Made multiple attempts through assistant who was also unprofessional. Sloppy process with no follow up. Incomplete follow through by entire organization.

Interview
I had several phone interviews with key members of the agency. I sent them my LinkedIn profile, references and past work. Because I am a contractor based in SF and they are an agency based out of Atlanta, all of my interviews happened over the phone. They asked very specific questions based on past accounts I have worked on and what my area of expertise was, to make sure that I would be a fit for their accounts.
