The interview process was a two-part experience. I was first invited to a meeting with several of the administrative staff who asked me hypotheticals on various classroom scenarios. Review some Montessori practices before this, and answer directly. The next step was an observed lesson, which I gave to a group of 10-15 students collected from various grade levels. Use a lesson your familiar with, such as one from student teaching, and incorporate art, student voice, and a STEM topic.
