Hacker rank test for 4 hrs to design trading system. Then write feedback about it. It was such a strenuous test. After all the hardwork I was very happy as they said it was accepted. Then after few days they just said profile did not match . They don't value candidates time. They have very bad screening/interview proccess. They should first evaluate the profile for relevancy and then send the test. I would suggest not to even interview with them.

Interview
4 Hours Hackerrank, asked to build a trading system from scratch. Need to pay attention to alot of details. As it is long, it is quite easy to get mentally lethargic near the end of the test.

Hackerrank with 3 questions. First 2 are coding last one is analysis.
The assessment was a long 4 hour process. Knowledge of data structured required and good OOP principles expected. Candidates need to be able to design a system and implement the necessary features from scratch.
