It was pretty simple. You get interviewed by one of the staff. They are looking for college students that know all the procedures of the college experince.

Probably, the one she ask about the students. What if a student ask you out? and it's insistent on it.

Submit resume, CV, financial aid award letter, and class schedule. Then you'll receive a phone call to schedule an interview. Once you complete the interview (usually 1 hour), you'll get a call back to let you know if you got the job or not.

They ask a lot of questions that are unrelated to the position itself. The interviewer almost made me want to walk out twice during the interview because of the irrelevant questions being asked.
