The interview is fast, you will be offered the job on the same day if you applied in the morning. You just need the skills to pass the exam and the confidence to answer the technical questions.

Are you willing to stay in the company for a long time.
It was a one day interview which is good as this will not waste our time waiting if we are accepted or not. There is an exam first then the technical interview and HR interview.
