I applied online. I interviewed at Cabrillo Coastal General Insurance Agency
Interview
I was contacted the next day for an “interview”. Was told it would be teams so we could see eachother. I had my camera on and the interviewer did not. I was told I would hear back from someone in the begining of the following week to schedule a second one. A week went by and nothing. I sent a follow up email with questions to my recruiter the day of the interview and I was ignored for a week. After a week I reached out AGAIN and received no update as to where I was with the process. Finally a month later I advised I received a job offer and Brooke said they were still in the process of interviewing other candidates. Very unprofessional and little communication. Very unimpressed.

Interview
Interview was designed to stress you out. I got laughed at for having two personal projects despite being a recent graduate. One of the interviewers was looking at his phone while I was responding to a question. Ended up getting ghosted, even after I sent a followup email regarding my status. Not worth my time.

Interview
This was my second interview for the same role with the same recruiter. During the first interview, after our conversation, she stopped responding. In the second interview, she asked about my licenses and designations. I mentioned having multiple P&C (Property and Casualty) licenses. To my surprise, she responded by saying, 'Yeah, but that's for claims.' I found this response perplexing, as obtaining P&C licenses is typically for insurance purposes, not solely for claims. With seven years of experience in the insurance industry, I've never encountered such an illogical reply regarding licenses. Nevertheless, she mentioned she would inform me about moving forward in the process after speaking with HR. I'm not holding my breath to hear back.
