Interview
Conversational (no formal structure, most questions appeared to be asked to determine fit with existing pharmacy / store staff).
Note: Interview was with both the Pharmacy Manager and the Store Manager.
Interview took place in the employee break room.
First names were used (at their insistence).
Ended with a quick tour of the pharmacy area and introduction to pharmacy staff on duty.
Was told they would call me the following week, no immediate offer or rejection.
Great and short interview process. I wasn’t nervous at all. And felt confident. Manager was really understanding and helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a job. Good for a part time job or someone starting out

Interview
My interview process was very positive and smooth. The Hiring Manager was extremely kind and welcoming. I walked in to the store, introduced myself, and left my resume in person. The next day, I received a job offer. The process was quick, straightforward, and professional, and I really appreciated how approachable and respectful the Hiring Manager was throughout the experience.

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and whether I was flexible with my schedule. The question focused on making sure I could meet the needs of the store and be reliable.
Called in for interview by Pharmacy manager. Interview just consisted of being asked a few questions. Very relaxed. Received offer via email within a few days and then set-up orientation.
