Interview
After applying on line, I was contacted by the HR office and informed of the salary. They then asked if I was still interested. I was, so she set an interview appointment for two days later. Pleasant conversation with the center manager. He covered the companies goals and growth plans for the area.This was followed by the standard interview questions. I asked about advancement potential. The manager told me that there was growth potential for those who excel.

Simple and previous nursing experience is very helpful. Was able to complete a shadowing experience to better understanding expectations of the role. Must be able to understand the process of following the guidelines for donation process.

Quick and easy. Basic interview questions. Was able to negotiate salary. Pleasant interviewer. Only one interview. No shadowing. Ability to ask questions. Was told about companies purpose and history. Seemed to value my expertise.

Hiring involves a lot of training before doing the actual job, which takes more than 2 weeks. This causes the high turnover rate. You also do a scavenger hunt around tbe facility so you are aware of all of the other departments. You get assigned a locker.
