Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it

nervous than i needed to be. They asked about me and my experience and most of the questions were behavioral and about how you have responded to a certain situation in the past. refresh your memory of previous positions and situations so you are ready

Tell me what you would do in a situation where your colleague was doing something that was against protocols.
One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
