Interview
4 rounds of Interview. Two technical and two HR. The two technical rounds were sandwiched between the two HR rounds. Interviews were specific to the job role applied for and my knowledge on the subject was extensively grilled by subject matter experts.

They asked me about my experience and understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic variables and statistical modeling.
There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.

About 30 minutes long, structured and focused on technicals like valuation, credit metrics; however, financial statement clarity and understanding was critical. The selection process also includes an assignment round; awaiting their response
