I met with HR and then I met with the manager. You need have all licenses before you get a job. Interviewing would very a lot depending on the hiring manager My interview process was very slow because the hiring manager was very busy. The hiring manager did most of the talking. You will possible have a homework assignment of conducting financial interviews meeting with planners and gathering your network
