Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CIBC.

Interview

They started out by asking about what I enjoy outside of work, which was a nice change of pace compared to other companies. They managed to make the interview technical enough without making it seem like a "test".

    Interview

First interview with HR, then second interview with manger in person. Last interview was in person with manager and director. Interview was more conversational than typical question and answer interview. Had to explain how you would solve a technical question than answering it through paper and pen.

    Interview

The interview was boring, they just read 4 pages of paper, some formatting questions, the interviewer almost slept, I was feeling not professional and being respected. You will wait 2 weeks , but some times they even won't advise you the result.

    Interview

Hiring process was long (over a month before I heard). Interview questions were technical and based on previous experience. More questions about my ability to perform in the role than my ability to fit in the culture. All fair questions. Interviewer was engaging and transparent about the team and role.
