    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CIBC (Bridgetown (Barbados)) in May 2014.

    Interview

Was a one on one interview lasting about 45 minutes. Interviewer was friendly and professional in their approach. We had a decent rapport about the duties of the job and expectations and what was required to be successful in the role. Was asked the standard questions about work experience and educational qualifications and future goals. Was able to ask about their experience working in the company as well and what they thought of future direction.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON) in March 2015.

    Interview

It was easy interview process, (this was done with one of the managers) and they were shy and timid also. They did not ask much else and it ended in 15 minutes for me. I felt like my manager did not care much about a co-op student
