I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CHEP (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2014
Interview
First interview is a phone interview with HR Director - general questions on past work experiences what you're doing now with your position successes you've had some failures that you may have had on a project or two just a general overall summary of why you're interested in the position and why you should be selected. Chep has a tendency to focus in on the Lominger competency interview questions, so my recommendation is to become familiar with Lominger competency questions.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CHEP (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very Quick! They asked a lot of questions regarding past experience and how it will help in the job at hand. They were happy to see a portfolio put together of past success in my last role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CHEP (Riga) in Jun 2013
Interview
Firstly i was contacted via LinkedIn by company HR with a question like "Are you interested in working at out company"we have opened vacancy now. After short interview via Skype, was 2 more interviews via Skype with 2 HR representatives for around an hour talk about my previous experience, work done, results and my view on possible position in new company. Nothing hard, everything quite easy.Afterwards was one on one interview with CGM of the company what was quite hard but all depends from your skills of course. The only thing i know is that you should be fully aware what company is doing + good to remember your main duties on previous work.
