Interview
I got approached by a recruiter in Vietnam by the name of Navigos to CEVA Clusters HR team. The interview process is quite conventional which includes initial interview via phone from Bangkok Headquarters first, Then, followed up with two rounds of interview in person in Hanoi CEVA Office by HR General Manager and HR Vice President. And then the final interview with VP Operations.

Interview
Targeted selection interview questions, and two interview process - also included meeting peer colleagues as part of the process, questions were in depth and lengthy, probing around HR experience and managing stakeholders, ability to travel, build relationships remotely.
